Meet RAMTech's founder, Robert A. McWilliams

Since 1989 Robert A. McWilliams has been skilled at planning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and has had a strong focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction. HIs experience spans nearly two decades for well-known valley employers such as Boeing, Motorola, Troon Golf and Countrywide Financial Corporation. Bob is a self-directed system administrator & software developer with 12 years of experience in information technology and four years of experience in software development. 

His key qualifications include:  Team Leader;  User Support & Training;  Analytical Skills;  Creative Problem Solving & Troubleshooting;  Current & Forecasted Needs Assessment;  Secret Security Clearance (1989-91)

In 1989 Bob earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Arizona State University. He earned his Associates of Applied Science degree in  Electronic Technology from Mesa Community College in 1986. He was certified for Novell Certified Network Engineer (CNE) in 1996.
